Can I book just 1 dinosaur? Or do I have to book the complete package?
Yes you can! On the bookings page, you select either only Trixy, or to be accompanied by Tops for the 45 min show. Add ons are the Dino Crew booth( Paleontologist experience) with dino eggs, depending on client’s desired number of eggs to purchase for their attendees
How will the dinosaurs arrive?
As these are large dinosaurs, they will have to be loaded into a truck. A minimum fee of 2,500 is need to transport the dinosaurs and booth within Metro Manila, delivery fee will vary depending on location of the party.
How do I pay?
Upon reserving the date and time and services needed, 50% Downpayment will be required to secure time and date of Dino Crew’s performance. The balance shall be secured 2 days before performance.
As Dino Crew PH is still undergoing its process to become a company, payments shall made straight to it’s owner, Rocco Nacino. Online payment gateways and credit card payments are in the works to be accessible by this year.
Details of bank transfer/Gcash payment will be sent via email once date and time has been secured.
What if Dino Crew is late on D-Day?
Dino Crew practices discipline and humility as we do our best to provide the excitement of enjoying a party with dinosaurs. In any case our dinosaurs and staff arrive late or don’t show up, a full refund plus 5,000 pesos for the inconvenience will be made on the same day.
What if I have to cancel after DP?
Dino crew Ph strives to provide entertainment for our celebrants atamy day, each day reserved is very important to us. So upon downpayment, preparations and planning will be done to ensure the best experience for the celebrant. Therefore, downpayment of 50% will non- refundable upon booking. Balance will not required anymore upon cancellation if cancellation is made 2 weeks before D day, 50% of Balance will be returned if cancellation is made a week before D day, and 25% of Balance will be returned if cancellation is made 2 days before D day.
